　　2、开发区简介： 

　　营口辽河经济开发区位于营口主城区东南部，成立于2008年4月，前身为营口中小企业创业园区。2017年12月，市委、市政府将园区更名为营口辽河经济开发区。园区总规划面积30平方公里。 

　　为完善产业链布局，明晰产业发展定位，“十三五”时期全力推动原有产业的整合升级、融合发展，紧紧围绕以汽车及零部件相关产业、农副产品深加工产业、现代物流业三大主导产业谋篇布局，产业规模逐渐壮大，现已入驻企业323户，直属规模以上工业企业16户。 

　　 Liaohe economic development zone of Yingkou, 

　　located in the southeast of the main urban area of Yingkou, was founded in April 2008. Its predecessor is the small and medium-sized enterprises entrepreneurial park. Municipal Party committee and municipal government was renamed the park to Liaohe economic development zone of Yingkou in December 2017. The total planning area of the park is 30 square kilometers. 

　　In order to perfect the layout of the industrial chain  and clarify the orientation of industrial development , we made every effort to promote the integration, upgrading and integrated development of the original industries during the 13th five-year Plan period.It's closely around the three leading industries layout, they respectively are automobile and spare parts related industries、deep processing industry of agricultural and sideline products and modern logistics industry. The industrial scale is gradually expanding, and now it has settled in 323 enterprises and 16 industrial enterprises directly under the scale.
