　　营口核翼经济开发区始建于2019年，隶属于营口市站前区，2021年5月经省政府批准晋升为省级经济开发区。园区规划面积5.18平方公里，位于营口市主城区东部，区位优势突出，基础设施完善，是站前区工业发展的主战场。入园企业除可享受《站前区招商引资优惠政策》外，对重大项目还可按照一企一策、绿色通道的方式，对其实行特殊的优惠政策，以最大的优惠支持入园企业发展。 

　　Founded in 2019, Yingkou Heyi Economic Development Zone is a provincial-level economic development zone approved and promoted by the provincial government in May 2021, which is affiliated to the Zhanqian District of Yingkou City. The park is located in the east of Yingkou City, with a planned area of 5.18 square kilometers.
