　　Standard Name: Liaoning Changtu Economic Development Zone 

　　开发区简介：昌图经济开发区始建于2006年，前身是昌图县老四平工业园区。2008年成立昌图县工业园区管理委员会，同年10月，按照省委、省政府的战略部署，规划建设了辽宁省换热设备产业基地。2017年9月正式晋升为省级经济开发区，正式更名为辽宁昌图经济开发区。昌图经济开发区地缘优势突出，地处辽、吉、蒙三省区交界，区内道路、给水、排水、供电、通讯、燃气、供热等基础设施已实现“七通一平”，区内“八横七纵”主干路网已经形成，完全具备了承载大项目的能力。 

　　Profile of Economic Development Zone: Changtu Economic Development Zone was founded in 2006. Its predecessor was Old Siping Industrial Park in Changtu County. In 2008, Changtu County Industrial Park Management Committee was established. In October of the same year, in accordance with the strategic deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Liaoning Province Heat Exchange Equipment Industrial Base was planned and constructed. In September 2017, it was officially promoted to a provincial-level economic development zone and officially renamed as Liaoning Changtu Economic Development Zone. Liaoning Changtu Economic Development Zone has outstanding geographical advantages. It is located at the junction of Liaoning, Jilin and Inner Mongolia. The infrastructure of roads, water supply, drainage, power supply, communication, gas and heat supply in Changtu Economic Development Zone has achieved “seven connections and one leveling”, and “eight horizontal and seven vertical” in the zone. The main road network in the zone has been formed, fully equipped with the capacity to carry large projects.
