2.开发区简介

沈阳经济技术开发区成立于1988年，1993年进入国家级开发区行列。2020年在国家级经开区综合排名第19名。

Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Area (SEDA) was established in 1988 and listed as a state-level development area in 1993. In 2020, SEDA ranked 19th overall in the national economic and technological development zones.

中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园位于经济技术开发区内，2015年12月，国务院正式批复中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园建设方案，中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园成为国务院批复的全国第一个以中德高端装备制造产业合作为主题的战略性平台，上升为国家战略。

In December 2015, the State Council approved the construction planning of China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang (CGIP), which located in SEDA. CGIP is the country's first strategic platform for Sino-German advanced equipment manufacturing industrial cooperation approved by the State Council, and has been upgraded to a national strategy.

近年来，沈阳经济技术开发区和中德（沈阳）高端装备制造产业园相继获得国家“老工业基地调整改造暨装备制造业发展示范区”、“改革开放30年全国18个重大典型地区”、 “国家新型工业化产业示范基地”、“国家级生态工业示范园区”、“中德智能制造合作试点示范园区”、“中德企业合作基地”、“国家国际科技合作基地”等荣誉。

In recent years, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Area (SEDA) and China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang (CGIP) have successively won various honours, including the "National Old Industrial Base Adjustment and Transformation and Equipment Manufacturing Development Demonstration Zone", "Natinoal 18 Major Representative Regions in 30 Years of Reform and Opening Up", "National New Industrialization Industrial Demonstration Base", "National Eco-Industrial Demonstration Park", "Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Pilot Demonstration Park", "Sino-German Enterprise Cooperation Base", "National International Science and Technology Cooperation Base" and etc..

3.主导产业及重点企业

重点发展先进装备制造、汽车及零部件、工业旅游、生物医药和新一代信息技术五大产业。拥有宝马铁西工厂、沈鼓集团、三一重装、北方重工、特变电工、沈阳机床、东北制药、三生制药、采埃孚、米其林等国内外知名企业。

SEDA and CGIP focus on the development of five major industries: advanced equipment manufacturing, automotive and parts, industrial tourism, biomedicine, and new-generation information technology. SEDA and CGIP own BBA Tiexi Plant, Shenyang Blower Works Group (SBW), Sany Heavy Equipment , Northern Heavy Industries Group (NHI), TEBA, Shenyang Machine Tool (SMTCL), Northeast Pharmaceutical, 3S Bio, ZF, Michelin and other well-known domestic and foreign companies.
