　　二、开发区简介 

　　辽宁康平经济开发区成立于2002年12月，2006年5月，经省政府批准为省级开发区。总规划面积21.9平方公里，目前建成区面积11.6平方公里。经过10多年的建设，道路、给排水、供电、供热等配套基础设施不断加强，有力支撑了产业发展。重点发展塑料纺织及新材料、农副产品深加工产业。2007年，被评为辽宁省十大最具潜力的开发区；2012年，被授予“中国塑编示范城”荣誉称号。 

　　Liaoning Kangping Economic Development Zone was established in December 2002.and was approved as a provincial development zone by the provincial government on May 2006.The total planned area is 21.9 square kilometers, and the current built-up area is 11.6 square kilometers.After more than 10 years of construction, the supporting infrastructure such as roads, water supply and drainage, power supply and heat supply has been continuously strengthened,which has strongly supported the industrial development.Focus on developing plastic textile and deep processing industries of new materials and agricultural and sideline products.In 2007, it was rated as the top ten most potential development zones in Liaoning Province; In 2012, he was awarded the honorary title of "China Model City of  Plastic Weaving".

　　康平经济开发区主导产业发展方向：推进塑料纺织产业实现提档升级，农产品加工企业向精深化发展。依托现有基础，打造以碳纤维和汽车零配件为核心的新材料、先进装备制造产业集群。 

　　The leading industry development direction of Kangping Economic Development Zone is to promote the upgrading of plastic textile industry and deepen the development of agricultural products processing enterprises. Relying on the existing foundation, build a new material and advanced equipment manufacturing industrial cluster with carbon fiber and auto parts as the core. 

　　重点招商方向 

　　塑料纺织、农产品精深加工、清洁能源三大主导产业，新材料、先进装备制造两大重点发展的产业，以及优化产业平台、基础设施的三产服务业及非政府投资类社会公益、基础设施建设等产业项目。
