1.开发区简介

　　沈阳首府经济开发区成立于2015年2月，2017年11月省政府批复同意将首府新区晋升为省级经济技术开发区。经开区位于沈阳市城市主城区，辖区面积28.84平方公里，下辖陵东、鸭绿江、四台子3个街道办事处，包括10个行政村和17个社区，常驻人口16万。区域四至：东至长大铁路，西至陵东街、陵园北街，南至崇山路，北至区界（含三环外四台了街道办事处）。
