　　二、开发区简介： 

　　盘锦临港经济开发区成立于2010年6月，同年9月被市委市政府确定为全市重点经济（产业）园区，2017年12月经辽宁省政府批复，晋升为省级经济开发区，2018年2月经国家发改委等六部委联合审批，正式纳入《中国开发区审核公告目录》，2019年6月经盘锦市委批复，依托盘锦临港经济开发区设置盘锦市乡村振兴产业园。开发区总规划面积21.7平方公里，其中起步区13平方公里已达到“七通一平”，形成了基础设施完备、配套功能齐全、产业集聚发展的现代化、生态型产业园区。目前开发区累计入驻项目68家。2020年实现地区生产总值6.36亿元，固定资产投资6.05亿元，外贸进出口完成2.95亿元。 

　　Panjin Lingang Economic Development Zone was established in June 2010. In September of the same year, it was identified as the key economic (industrial) park of the city by the municipal Party committee and government. In December 2017, it was approved by Liaoning provincial government and promoted to provincial economic development zone. In February 2018, it was jointly approved by six ministries and commissions, including the national development and Reform Commission, and was officially included in the list of audit announcements of China development zones. In June 2019, it was approved by Panjin Municipal Party committee, Relying on Panjin Port Economic Development Zone, Panjin Rural Revitalization Industrial Park is set up. The total planning area of the development zone is 21.7 square kilometers, including 13 square kilometers of the starting area, which has reached "seven links and one leveling", forming a modern and ecological industrial park with complete infrastructure, complete supporting functions and industrial agglomeration development. At present, 68 projects have been settled in the development zone. In 2020, the GDP will be 636 million yuan, the investment in fixed assets will be 605 million yuan, and the import and export of foreign trade will be 295 million yuan. 

　　三、主导产业 

　　(一)医疗卫材产业基地项目：医用无纺布、可降解医用无纺布、一次性防护服、隔离衣、医用手术衣、手术帽、鞋套、湿巾、干巾、纸尿裤、一次性医用器具、临床塑料制品及耗材等相关项目。 

　　（1） Medical materials industry base projects: medical non-woven fabrics, degradable medical non-woven fabrics, disposable protective clothing, isolation clothing, medical surgical clothing, surgical cap, shoe cover, wet towel, dry towel, diapers, disposable medical appliances, clinical plastic products and consumables and other related projects. 

　　（二）粮油生物科技产业项目：依托盘锦东北粮食储备集散中心和精深加工产业基地发展战略，拉长大米和食用油加工产业链利用米糠、碎米加工生产大米蛋白肽、米糠油、谷维素、阿魏酸、香兰素等产品利用脱脂豆片和油脚料加工生产豆粉、糖蜜、浓缩蛋白、生物肽、异黄酮、低聚糖油酸甲酯乙酯、发酵饲料以及聚酰胺树脂等产品利用水飞蓟加工生产水飞蓟素、水飞蓟油、水飞蓟保健品等产品。 

　　（2） Grain and oil biotechnology industry project: relying on the development strategy of Panjin northeast grain reserve distribution center and intensive processing industry base, extend the rice and edible oil processing industry chain, use rice bran and broken rice to produce rice protein peptide, rice bran oil, oryzanol, ferulic acid, vanillin and other products, and use defatted soybean flakes and oil foots to produce soybean powder, molasses, protein concentrate, etc Biological peptides, isoflavones, oligosaccharide methyl ester ethyl oleate, fermented feed and polyamide resin are used to produce silymarin, silymarin oil, silymarin health products and other products. 

　　   （三）新材料及其制品产业项目：高分子材料制品、可降解塑料制品、超高分子量聚乙烯制品、增碳剂筛选包装及石墨制品、高性能碳纤维制品。培育发展金属纳米材料、氢能、石墨烯等新型材料。 

　　（3） New materials and products industry projects: polymer products, degradable plastic products, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene products, carburizer screening packaging and graphite products, high performance carbon fiber products. Cultivate and develop new materials such as metal nanomaterials, hydrogen energy, graphene, etc.
