1、 新材料开发区简介 

　　辽宁新材料产业经济开发区是辽宁省重点发展新材料、特别是化工新材料的省级开发区。开发区成立于2010年，位于盘锦市盘山县新县城外围，京哈（G1）、丹锡（G16）高速公路穿境而过。总规划面积19.45平方公里，是辽宁沿海经济带重点开发区和省新型工业化产业示范基地。经过多年建设发展，开发区道路、给排水、供电、供暖、天然气、通讯等各种设施完善，已达到“九通一平”的企业入驻标准。

　　Liaoning New Material Industry Economic Development Zone 

　　1. Introduction of new material development zone. 

　　Liaoning new material industry economic development zone is a provincial development zone which focuses on the development of new materials, especially the new chemical materials. Established in 2010, the development zone is located in the periphery of the new county of Panshan County, Panjin City. Jingha (G1) and Danxi (G16) expressways pass through the area. With a total planning area of 19.45 square kilometers, it is a key development zone of Liaoning coastal economic belt and a new industrialization demonstration base of Liaoning Province. After years of construction and development, various facilities such as roads, water supply and drainage, power supply, heating, natural gas and communication in the development zone have been improved, and the enterprise entry standard of "nine connections and one flat land " has been met.
