　　盘锦精细化工产业开发区，位于盘锦市西北部，是一个以精细化工和高新技术为主导,特色鲜明、生态环保的省级经济开发区。开发区规划面积11.87平方公里，主要依托中石油辽河油田和中国兵器北方华锦化工集团资源、人才、市场和品牌优势，重点发展石油化工、精细化工、化工新材料和高端制造四大产业。 

　　Panjin Fine Chemical Industrial Development Zone is located in the northwest of Panjin which is a provincial level economic development zone, dominated by fine chemical industry and high technology with distinctive features and environmental protection. The planning area of development zone is 11.87 square kilometers. It is based on the resources, talents, market and brand advantages of Liaohe Oilfield of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) and China North Huajin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd.. It focuses on developing the four major industries of petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry, new chemical materials and high-end manufacturing.
