　　    盘锦辽滨沿海经济技术开发区为国家级经济技术开发区，规划面积306平方公里。域内盘锦港是东北及蒙东地区最近出海口。业已形成以石化及精细化工产业为支柱，以粮油生物科技、特色装备制造、新技术新能源产业为主导，以现代服务业为补充的产业格局。现为辽宁省综合改革试验区、自贸试验区协同区、省绿色园区，国家级新型工业化产业示范基地、国家级循环化改造示范试点园区、国家外贸转型升级基地，近两年连续跻身中国化工园区30强。 

　　Introduction of the development zone 

　　Panjin Liaobin Coastal Economic and Technological Development Zone is a state-level economic and technological development zone with a planned area of 306 Square Kilometers.Panjin Port in the region is the nearest estuary and most convenient port in Northeast China and Eastern Inner Mongolia Area Autonomous Region. It has formed an industrial pattern with petrochemical and fine chemical industries as the backbone, grain and oil biotechnology, specialty equipment manufacturing, new technology and new energy industries as the leading industry, and modern services industry as the supplement.It is now a comprehensive reform pilot zone of Liaoning Province, a cooperative zone of free trade pilot zoneas well as a provincial green park. It is also a national demonstration base for new industrialization industry, a national demonstration and pilot park for circular transformation, and a national base for foreign trade transformation and upgrading.It has been ranked among the top 30 chemical industrial parks in China in the past two years.

　　     Focus on developing basic chemical raw materials industry represented by ethylene, propylene carbon and aromatic hydrocarbons, chemical new materials industry represented by high-end polyolefin, engineering plastics and special rubber,high-end specialty chemicals industry represented by rubber and plastic auxiliaries and catalyst, and emerging industries of strategic importance represented by 5G materials, new energy materials and biodegradable materials.
