　　锦州滨海新区（锦州经济技术开发区）位于渤海之滨锦州湾畔，是京津冀与东北、蒙东经济圈交汇点，是“一带一路”通往蒙古及欧洲最便捷的桥头堡。 

　　Jinzhou Binhai New Area (Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone) is located on the coast of Bohai Sea, along Jinzhou Bay. It is the intersection of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Northeast China and East Inner Mongolia economic circle. It is the most convenient bridgehead for "One Belt And One Road" to Mongolia and Europe. 

　　滨海新区于1992年3月经批准，设立省级开发区，2010年4月晋升为国家级开发区。2014年8月，整合经济技术开发区、龙栖湾新区、建业经济区三区合并组建锦州滨海新区。规划总面积403平方公里，海域面积203平方公里，海岸线长67.6公里，辖区总人口10.1万人。 

　　Jinzhou Binhai New Area was approved in March 1992 to establish a provincial Development Zone. In April 2010, the development zone was promoted to the state-level economic and technological development zone. In August 2014, Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Longqiwan New Area and Jianye Economic Zone were merged to Jinzhou Binhai New Area. The total planning area is 403 square kilometers, the ocean area is 203 square kilometers , the coastline is 67.6 kilometers long, and the total population is 101000.
