　　二、开发区简介 

　　辽宁葫芦岛八家子经济开发区是省级经济开发区，是建昌县对外开放的最前沿，是产业项目集聚区、转型升级的先导区、体制改革的试验区，在全市决胜建成小康社会和辽西北全方位开放格局中具有重要的战略地位。 

　　Brief introduction : It is a provincial economic development zone. It was like a pioneer who opens the door to the outside world in Jianchang .There are different kinds of factories in the zone .It has been at the forefront of the transformation and upgrading. It also plays a strategic part in setting up a moderately prosperous society .It is also good for opening to the general public or outside word in the northwest of Liaoning. 

　　辖区内涵盖以下区域： 

　　The area of the zone :   

　　1、八家子工业园：位于建昌县东南部，占地7.7平方公里； 

　　I  Bajiazi industrial park  : It is located in the southeast of Jianchang .It is 7.7 square kilometers in size. 

　　2、药王庙钙业园：位于建昌县东部，占地0.67平方公里。 

　　II Jianchang food industrial park : It is located in the east of Jianchang .It is 6.6 square kilometers  in size . 

　　3、建昌食品产业园：位于建昌县城东侧，占地6.6平方公里； 

　　III Enclave of Jianchang to overcome poverty : It is located in Huludao Beigang Industraial park of Chemical Industry Park.it is 1 square kilometer in size. 

　　4、建昌脱贫攻坚飞地产业园：位于葫芦岛北港工业园区精细化工产业园内，占地1平方公里； 

　　IV Yaowangmiao calcium industrial park: It is located in the east of Jianchang.It is 0.67 square kilometer in size.

　　开发区产业定位为矿产资源综合开发利用，农副产品精深加工，精细化工类（重点支持高端农药精细加工），同时还可接纳装备制造、环保科技等类型企业。
