　　二、开发区简介 

　　阜新海州经济开发区是2021年5月辽宁省人民政府批准设立的省级经济开发区，规划面积9.32平方公里。园区以智能制造和循环经济为主导产业。打造国家级智能无人科技设备制造产业基地、国家级钒钛产业基地和国家级煤矸石综合利用产业基地“三大基地”，实现重点发展智能制造、优先发展钒钛磁铁、支持发展露天矿治理、绿色发展既有工业“四个发展”。 

　　Fuxin Haizhou economic development zone is a provincial economic development zone approved by Liaoning Provincial People's Government in May 2021, with a planning area of 9.32 square kilometers. The park takes intelligent manufacturing and circular economy as the leading industries. Build "three bases" of national intelligent unmanned scientific and technological equipment manufacturing industry base, national vanadium titanium industry base and national gangue comprehensive utilization industry base, and realize "four development" of focusing on the development of intelligent manufacturing, giving priority to the development of vanadium titanium magnets, supporting the development of open-pit mine management and green development of existing industries.
