　　一、阜新国家高新区概况 

　　Brief introduction of Fuxin National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. 

　　阜新开发区成立于1992年，是经辽宁省政府批准的省级开发区。2011年开始，以现有开发区、玉龙新城、高新产业园区共同规划申报国家级高新区，2013年12月得到国务院批复，晋升为国家级高新区，更名为阜新高新技术产业开发区。2019年11月8 日，阜新市委、市政府实施园区改革，对阜新高新技术产业开发区、阜新高新技术产业园区党政机构进行整合，是阜新市经济发展的先导区、示范区和高新技术产业的聚集地。 

　　Fuxin Development Zone, a provincial-level zone established with the approval of the Liaoning Provincial Council in 1992，Since 2011, the existing development zone, Yulong ("Jade Dragon") New Town and High-tech Industrial Park had jointly applied for a national high-tech zone. In December 2013, renamed Fuxin High-tech Industrial Development Zone，approved by the State Council as a national high-tech zone . 

　　On November 8, 2019, the Municipal Party Committee and Government of Fuxin launched the reform to integrate the Party and government institutions of the Fuxin High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and the Fuxin High-Tech Industrial Park into the Fuxin National High-Tech Zone，and is a pioneering and demonstration area for economic development and a hub for high-tech industries in Fuxin.

　　围绕氢能源产业链开展招商，打造产业“新字号”；突出新能源电力电子产业链招商，完善产业“原字号”；继续做好液压装备制造业招商，做大做强“老字号”。 

　　Focus on the hydrogen energy industry chain to attract investment and create "new" bands in industries; Highlight the new energy power electronics industry chain to attract investment, and improve "original brands" in industries; Continue to do a good job attracting investment from the hydraulic equipment manufacturing industry, and expand and strengthen "time-honored brands".
