　　2、开发区简介：

    阜新新邱经济开发区地处阜新市区东北端，距新邱区3.5公里，距阜新市14公里，园区规划面积7.12平方公里，其中建成区面积6.67平方公里，剩余0.45平方公里。园区充分发挥本地及周边地区的资源优势和现有的基础设施优势，统筹新能源、装备制造、煤化工等产业，并继续向下游产业延伸，拉长和拓宽产业链，提高产品附加值和经济效益。其中辽宁大唐国际阜新煤制天然气项目为园区的龙头化工项目，大金重工风电产业园项目是园区的龙头装备制造项目。园区供水、供电、供气、路网正在完善，污水处理厂今年竣工运营。 

　　Fuxin Xinqiu Economic Development Zone is located in the northeast of Fuxin City, 3.5 kilometers away from Xinqiu District and 14 kilometers away from Fuxin City. The planned area of the park is 7.12 square kilometers, of which the built-up area is 6.67 square kilometers and the remaining 0.45 square kilometers. The park gives full play to the resource advantages of the local and surrounding areas and the existing infrastructure advantages, coordinated the new energy, equipment manufacturing, coal chemical industry and other industries, and continues to extend to the downstream industries, elongate and broaden the industrial chain, improve the added value of products and economic benefits. Liaoning Datang International Fuxin Coal-to-Natural Gas Project is the leading chemical project in the park, and Dagin Heavy Industry Wind Power Industrial Park is the leading equipment manufacturing project in the park. Water supply, power supply, gas supply and road network in the park are being improved, and the sewage treatment plant has been completed and put into operation this year.

    重点发展精细化工、高端装备制造、新型化工材料、新能源等板块，向化工循环经济产业延伸，建设大型清洁化工及产业全链条生产基地。
