　　二、开发区简介 

　　Introduction 

　　辽宁阜新皮革产业开发区位于自古就有“方圆百里畴，清河第一集”之美誉的辽宁省阜新市清河门区境内。2009年4月，阜新皮革产业基地正式起步建设；2012年10月，辽宁省人民政府正式批复阜新皮革产业基地为省级开发区。规划面积3.1平方公里，签约入驻企业45个。经过近12年的建设发展，从无到有、从小到大，已经初具规模，产业链条逐步完善，配套设施日渐齐全，财税贡献率不断提高，已经成为阜新市清河门区的支柱产业。 

　　Liaoning Fuxin leather industry development zone is located in Qinghemen of Fuxin city,  which is famous for the first collection. In April 2009, it has start to construction; In October 2012, it has been approved a provincial development zone. The planning area was 3.1 square kilometers, and 45 enterprises have signed contracts to settle in. After nearly 12 years of construction and development, it has begun to take shape, the industrial chain is gradually improved, supporting facilities are increasingly complete, the financial and tax contribution rate continues to improved.
