　　辽宁阜新氟产业开发区始建于2008年，是辽宁省政府和阜新市政府确定的重点产业园区，辽宁省唯一的专业氟化工园区。开发区规划面积20平方公里，采用分区结构，包括生产、生活服务两大功能区。其中东部生产区总占地15平方公里，采用封闭式管理。充分发挥萤石资源优势，依托现有含氟精细化学品产业优势和技术优势，在高端含氟精细化学品领域取得重大产业化突破，大力发展氟烷烃和含氟聚合物等主流氟化工产品，配套发展基础化工产品。

　　Founded in 2008, the Liaoning Fuxin fluorine industrial development zone is the key industrial park designated by the Liaoning provincial government and the Fuxin municipal government, and the only professional fluorine chemical industrial park in Liaoning province.
