　　2.开发区简介：抚顺望花经济开发区位于沈阳、抚顺两个特大工业型城市区域交界处,地处东北亚中心腹地及东北老工业基地的核心区域，毗邻全国首个也是唯一的改革创新示范区——沈抚改革创新示范区，一小时经济圈覆盖沈阳、抚顺、本溪、铁岭城区及桃仙机场、高铁站等重要交通枢纽。

　　Introduction : Fushun Wanghua Economic Development Zone, which is in the central hinterland of northeast Asia and industrial base in the northeast China, is located in the junction of Shenyang and Fushun, both of which are large industrial cities. It is adjacent to Shenyang -Fushun Reform and Innovation Demonstration District which is the first and only demonstration distric in the country. With convenient transportation, it is within an hour to arrive in city center of Shenyang, Fushun, Benxi, Tieling, Taoxian international airport, high - speed railway station and other important transportation hub.

　　开发区规划及联动面积共42.7Km2，域内及周边煤矸石、油页岩、煤、电等资源丰富，工业基础雄厚，石化、钢铁、环保设备制造、工模具等产业齐备，“神舟五号”及其运载火箭上使用的超高强度不锈钢、高温合金等十余种材料都源自于此。2017年4月，获批辽宁中部（沈阳-鞍山-抚顺）转型升级示范区重点园区，改革创新示范明显；2018年9月，获批为与辽宁自贸区协同发展重点产业园区，可率先复制推广自贸区先进经验做法；2019年获批为全国50个大宗固体废弃物综合利用基地之一，园区建设享受国家特殊政策支持。

　　Covering an area of 42.7 square kilometres, the Development Zone is rich in coal gangue, oil shale, coal and electricity. It has relative favourable industrial foundation with petrochemical, steel, environmental protection equipment manufacturing, tools and moulds etc. The ultra-high strength stainless steel and superalloy and more than a dozen materials used in the Shenzhou V manned spacecraft and its launch vehicles are derived here. In April 2017, the Development Zone is approved as the key park of Central Liaoning (Shenyang-Anshan-Fushun) Transformation and Upgrading Demonstration Area. The demonstration of reform and innovation is obvious. In September 2018, it is approved as a coordinated development industrial park with China (liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which could be the first to replicate the advanced experience practices of free trade zone. In 2019, it is approved as one of the 50 major comprehensive utilization bases of solid waste in the country.The construction of the Development Zone enjoys the national special policy support.

　　3.主导产业发展方向或重点招商项目：结合开发区产业发展实际，以新基建为基础，制定了“1+3”四新产业发展规划，重点发展新材料产业，培育发展新能源、新装备配套、新服务业。

It will mainly develop new materials industry and foster the industry of new energy, new equipment supporting industry and new services.
