　　2.开发区简介

　　大连普湾经济区是国家级新区金普新区的三大功能区之一，是辽宁沿海经济带的重要节点、大连“三个向北”的重要承载区、金普“双湾”联动战略重要承接地，引领金普新区未来发展的重要区域。管辖面积148.28平方公里，是大连市地理中心，便捷的交通环境打造了“1小时”出行圈。在《大连2049城市愿景规划》中，普湾战略发展片区作为市域四大特色发展片区之一，定位为大连战略性的改革试点地区，近期注重战略预留，中远期围绕湾底，探索未来城市建设的新模式，成为大连未来城市核心功能承接地。2020年国家发改委批复设立中日（大连）地方发展合作示范区，普湾经济区新日本工业团地、松木岛为两大重点发展片区。

　　大连普湾经济区涵盖大连金州经济开发区、大连松木岛化工产业开发区等省级开发区。其中松木岛化工产业开发区是国家循环经济试点单位、辽宁沿海经济带化工专业园区之一，被省政府认定为辽宁省第一批化工园区。

　　Dalian Puwan Economic Zone is one of the three functional areas of Jinpu New Area, a national-level new area. It is an important node of Liaoning coastal economic belt, a key bearing area of Dalian's "three northwards", a crucial undertaking area of Jinpu "double bay" linkage strategy, and a vital area leading the development future of Jinpu New Area. It covers an area of 148.28 square kilometers and is the geographical center of Dalian City. The convenient traffic environment creates a "one-hour" travel circle. In "Dalian 2049 City Vision Planning", as one of the four characteristic development areas of the city, Puwan Strategic Development Area is positioned as a strategic reform pilot area of Dalian. In the near future, it pays attention to strategic reservation; in the medium and long term, it will explore a new model of future urban construction on the basis of bottom of the bay, and construct into the future core urban function of Dalian. In 2020, the NDRC approved the establishment of China-Japan (Dalian) Local Development and Cooperation Demonstration Zone, in which the New Japan Industrial Park and Songmudao from Puwan Economic Zone are two key components.

　　Dalian Puwan Economic Zone includes provincial development zones such as Dalian Jinzhou Economic Development Zone and Dalian Songmudao Chemical Industry Development Zone while Songmudao is one of the national pilot units of circular economy, the chemical industrial parks in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, and is recognized as one of the first batch of chemical industrial parks in Liaoning by the provincial government.

　　大连普湾经济区重点发展高端装备制造、精细化工及新材料、电商物流、文化体育等4大主导产业，以中日（大连）地方发展合作示范区建设为有力契机，围绕日本电产、英特尔、恒力石化、松下等龙头企业的配套服务商，恒坤集成电路前驱体、瑞环环保、藤洋钢材、东陶陶瓷、金凯医药、格派锂电池正极材料、华为智能网联汽车、双硼医药、嘉盛12万吨/年EPS等优质项目呈现储备一批、招引一批、建设一批、投产一批的良好态势。

　　Dalian Puwan Economic Zone focuses on 4 leading industries：high-end equipment manufacturing, fine chemicals，new materials, e-commerce logistics, and culture and sports. Taking the construction of China-Japan (Dalian) Local Development and Cooperation Demonstration Zone as an opportunity, focusing on the supporting service providers of leading enterprises such as Nidec, Intel, Hengli petrochemical, Panasonic, and developing on the basis of high-quality projects such as Hengkun IC precursors, Refine environmental protection, Tengyang steel processing , Toto ceramic, Kingchem pharmaceutical, Greatpower lithium battery cathode materials, Huawei intelligent connected vehicles, Bbchem pharmaceutical, and Jiasheng 120,000 tons/year EPS, Puwan will show a good trend of reserving, attracting, constructing projects and putting projects into production.
