　　二、开发区简介（Introduction） 

　　朝阳凌源经济开发区属于辽宁省省级开发区、凌源高新技术产业开发区，位于凌源市城区北部，距市中心3公里，总规划面积85km2，核心区面积约23km2，总体定位为先进制造业和高新技术产业的集聚区，创新驱动和集约发展的示范区，产城一体和带动发展的新城区，开放型和体制机制创新的先行区。开发区地处“一带一路”中蒙俄经济走廊，是东北地区承接产业转移的新兴战略节点，已融入京津冀和环渤海一小时经济圈，已纳入京津冀协同发展和国家承接产业转移示范区战略，位置优越，交通便捷。目前，已集聚凌钢集团、航天凌河、辽宁炜盛等重点企业165家。 

　　Chaoyang LingYuan economic development zone belongs to the Liaoning provincial development zone, LingYuan high-tech industrial development zone, located in the north of Lingyuan city, 3 km from the city center, the total planning area of 85 km2, core area of about 23 km2, overall orientation for advanced manufacturing industry and high-tech industry agglomeration area, innovation drive and intensive development of the demonstration zone, a new urban area that integrates industry with city and drives development, and a pioneering area of openness and institutional innovation. Located in the " the Belt and Road Initiatives" China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, the Development Zone is an emerging strategic node for undertaking industrial transfer in Northeast China. It has been integrated into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Bohai one-hour economic circle, and has been included in the strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development and the national demonstration zone for undertaking industrial transfer,the location is superior and the transportation is convenient. At present, it has gathered 165 key enterprises such as Lingsteel Group, Aerospace Linghe, Liaoning Weisheng and so on.

　　重点发展钢铁冶金、汽车及零部件和新材料三大产业集群。产业集群以“龙头企业+承载平台+配套产业项目”的模式成体系推进。
