　　二、开发区简介（150-200字） 

　　朝阳建平经济开发区成立于2015年1月，毗邻中心城区。2016年4月晋升为省级经济开发区。目前规划区面积46.3平方公里，建成区面积15平方公里，到2035年，规划面积达到100平方公里。开发区坚持“开放引领、项目支撑、创新驱动、产城融合”的发展思路，重点围绕保温材料、制造和家居、智能门业、食品加工等主导产业，成功引进了鸿鑫节能科技、中海建强高档门窗、菲哲石油装备制造、大鹏重工、永乐食品等企业150多家，初步形成了新型建材、机械装备制造和农产品加工三大产业集群。展望未来，开发区将深入实施开放合作战略，围绕产业定位和发展规划，充分发挥开发区对外开放窗口、招商引资平台和经济发展引擎作用，全力打造省级经济开发区示范区、京津冀产业转移示范区、县域产城融合发展示范区。 

　　Chaoyang Jianping Economic Development Zone was established in January 2015. It is adjacent to the central city with obvious regional advantages and convenient transportation. In April 2016, it was promoted to the provincial economic development zone. At present, the planning area is 46.3 square kilometers, the built-up area is 15 square kilometers. By 2035, the planning area reaches 100 square kilometers. Jianping Development Zone adheres to the “open leadership, project support, innovation-driven, city integration” development ideas, and focuses on insulation materials, manufacturing and furniture, smart door industry, food processing and other leading industries. It has successfully introduced more than 150 enterprises, which mainly including Hongxin energy-saving technology, Zhonghaijianqiang high-end doors and windows, Feizheshiyou equipment manufacturing, Dapeng machinery, Yongle food and so on. Now it has initially formed three major industrial clusters “New building materials, machinery and equipment manufacturing, agricultural products processing”. Looking to the future, Jianping Development Zone will deeply implement the strategy of opening up cooperation. Focusing on industrial positioning and development planning, it will give full play to be the opening window, investment platform and economic development engine. Finally Jianping Development Zone will make every effort to build the provincial economic development zone demonstration zone, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial transfer demonstration zone, county-level production and city integration and development demonstration zone.

　　改造升级“老字号”新型建材和装备制造业，深度开发“原字号”农产品精深加工业，培育壮大“新字号”数字经济、电子信息、新能源、节能环保、现代物流等产业。 

　　Upgrade the “time-honored brand” new building materials and equipment manufacturing industry. Deep develop the “original brand” agricultural products deep processing industry. Cultivate and expand the “new brand” digital economy, electronic information, new energy,  energy conservation and environmental protection, modern logistics and other industries.

　　积极承接京津冀等地区战略性新兴产业、先进装备制造产业、数字经济等新动能项目。
