　　2、开发区简介 

　　本溪太子河经济开发区位于太子河新城规划范围内，于2012年9月成立并晋升为省级开发区，规划总面积15平方公里，其中起步核心区2平方公里。开发区由“一城两园”构成：即太子河新城核心区、新材料产业园、汽车服务业产业园。目前，太子河新城核心区引进3家房地产企业，开发建设了绿地中央广场、佳兆业水岸新都、恒大绿洲；中心医院太子河新城分院已建设完成并投入使用；本溪高级中学附属小学、初中主体工程及内部装修已全部完成，正在建设配套管网；本溪高级中学已完成方案设计招标工作，正在进行方案深化。开发区入驻企业174户，工业企业163户（规上工业企业17户），汽车品牌4S店8家。 

　　Introduction to the development zone 

　　The Taizihe Economic Development Zone of Benxi is located within the planning scope of Taizihe New Town. It was established in September 2012 and upgraded to a provincial development zone with a total planned area of 15 square kilometers, of which 2 square kilometers are starting core areas. The development zone is composed of one city proper and two industrial parks: the core area of Taizihe New Town, the new material industrial park, and the automobile service industry park. At present, three real estate enterprises have been introduced in the core area of Taizihe New Town, developing and building Greenland Central Plaza,Kaisa Waterfront New Town and Evergrande Oasis; the central hospital Taizihe New Town Branch has been completed and put into use; the main project and interior decoration of Benxi Senior High School Affiliated Primary School, junior high school and interior decoration have been completed, and an supporting management network is being built; Benxi Senior High School has completed the design bidding work and is deepening the plan. There are 174 enterprises, 163 industrial enterprises (17 regular industrial enterprises) and 8 4S stores of automobile brands in the development zone.
