On February 27th, 2019, Tang Yijun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Governor of Liaoning Province, met with the delegation led by Mr. Thierry Bollore, CEO of Renault Group, France in Liaoning Friendship Hotel, and conducted negotiation on the in-depth cooperation of both parties. 

　　Tang Yijin firstly extended warm welcome to the distinguished guests on behalf of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and the provincial government, and made a brief introduction to the situation of economic and social development of Liaoning Province. He said that the local government had been putting great emphasis on the development of the automobile industry, and currently, the province has formed a well-developed system of automobile industry with Brilliance Group as the main power. As a leading manufacturer of LCV and electric LCV in Europe, Renault has high-level technical skills and advanced management experiences. Renault and Brilliance have succeeded in cooperating to establish Renault-Brilliance-Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd., and since then, both parties have conducted close cooperation with high-level coordination, and worked together to accelerate the development of the joint venture. The provincial government hopes that Mr. Bollore would take this opportunity to further promote the progress of the project, enhance the abilities of R&D, accelerate the launching progress of new vehicles, and work together with Chinese partners to create world-leading LCVs. Governments of Liaoning Province and Shenyang Municipality would continue offering good-quality services and convenient conditions as always for the development of the joint venture.     

　　Thierry Bollore extended gratitude to the provincial government of Liaoning for its special attention and great support given to Renault, and he said that the group would further accelerate the construction of the project to realize the situation of mutual benefits during the process of deepening cooperation.   

　　Cui Fenglin, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, Jiang Youwei, Mayor of Shenyang, Xu Yan, Secretary-General of Liaoning Provincial Government, Song Yanlin, Director General of Department of Commerce of Liaoning Province, and the relevant responsible persons of other provincial-level departments also attended the meeting.
