On the afternoon of November 8^th, 2018, the Liaoning delegation led by Tang Yijun, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Committee of CPC and Governor of Liaoning, with two vice governors of Liaoning Province, Chen Luping and Li Jinke, came to the Ministry of Commerce to visit Minister Zhong Shan. Both parties communicated with each other on further implementation of the spirits of the 19^th CPC Congress and the important speeches of President Xi Jinping, strengthening the coordinated working process between the Ministry of Commerce and the provincial government of Liaoning Province to make new developmental achievements, improvement and breakthrough. Later both parties signed "Framework Agreement on the Establishment of Cooperative Mechanism between the Ministry of Commerce and the Provincial Government of Liaoning Province". Also present at the meeting were Wang Shouwen, the Deputy Minister and Vice Representative for International Trade Negotiations of the Ministry of Commerce, and main responsible persons from the General Office, departments of Foreign Investment Administration, European Affairs Administration, Financial Affairs Administration, and Foreign Trade Administration of the Ministry of Commerce, as well as Lu Hong, the Chief of General Office of Liaoning Provincial Government, Song Yanlin, the Director-General of Department of Commerce of Liaoning Province, Xu Yan, the Chief of Research Office of Liaoning Provincial Government, and Wang Enbin, the Deputy Chief of the Office for the Administration of FTA Affairs.
