On October 15th, the 130th Canton Fair was held. Vice Governor Chen Luping went to the exhibition site of Canton Fair to learn about the situation of Liaoning enterprises' exhibition participation.
In the exhibiting zone of festival commodities, Mr. Chen visited the booths of Liaoning Hanyuan Import & Export Co,. Ltd., Liaoning Jieyue Import & Export Co., Ltd., Liaonig Yaluoma International Trade Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Jieshi Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., to learn about the information of production, design, marketing needs and international logistics of the relevant enterprises. Mr. Chen encouraged those enterprises to make full use of the platforms of Canton Fair, Northeast Asia Expo, and China-Africa Forum, etc., as well as the national-level and provincial-level policies for stabilizing foreign trade, to expand international markets by both online and offline means, trying to overcome the negative influences brought about by the COVID-19 epidemic to make the brands of festival commodities in Liaoning well-known to the world.
In the exhibiting zone of decorations, Mr. Chen visited the booth of Dalian Dalunte Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., learning about the situation of production technologies and product sales of the enterprise. After knowing that this enterprise is the downstream enterprise along the chain of petrochemical industry, Mr. Chen encouraged the enterprise to stick to the principle of "environmentally-friendly and innovative development", to put great emphasis on the R&D of technologies, to extend its industrial chain, to highlight the product developing principle of "precision, professionalism, and market-orientation", in order to better implement the initiative of "in-depth developing raw-material brands" with all enterprises along the industrial chain.
In the exhibiting zone of glassware, Mr. Chen visited the booths of Liaoyang Feitian Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., learning about the situation of the enterprise's product making, design, and import & export. Mr. Chen encouraged the enterprise to make full use of the opportunity of this Canton Fair in which many key purchasers gather, to better publicize its products and to promote domestic sales of commodities originally produced as exports, in order to integrate itself into the new developing era of dual circulation.
Finally, Mr. Chen pointed out that Department of Commerce of Liaoning Province and other provincial-level administrative offices shall carefully implement the requirements by Secretary General Xi Jinping in his celebration letter for the 130th Canton Fair and Premier Li Keqiang in his keynote speech, focus on the "three main tasks" and the requirements of industrial rejuvenation, make full use of all platforms such as Canton Fair, strengthen industrial matchmaking, expand the scale of economic trade and cooperation, deepen the process of investment invitation, and build the new advanced area for opening-up. Commercial departments of all administrative levels shall further improve the service of the relevant enterprises, implement the national-level and provincial-level policies of stabilizing foreign trade, help enterprises connect markets home and abroad through various channels, support enterprises in developing new industrial modes, simplify the procedures of international logistics, and assist foreign trade enterprises in integrating themselves into the new developing era of dual circulation.
