On May 25, 2025, Hao Peng, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of People’s Congress of Liaoning Province, and Wang Xinwei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Governor of Liaoning Province, met in Shenyang with the delegation led by Yoshihiko Miyauchi, Senior Chairman of ORIX Groupbased in Japan.
